B.GUARANTEE DATE
Customers need send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date.
C.HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS
1. If you are not satisfied with the hair and want to return or replace the package, please contact us and we will tell you how to do it. We will not accept the order of returning the package without permission. When you need to return or exchange the product, please provide a photo or video of the product, please ensure that the product remains intact, if the hair has been used, cleaned, or damaged, we will not accept the refund. 2. Get the return address label
3. Wait for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service point
4. Lastly, wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package
5. Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
